Liked really friendly staff and big hotel.
The total stay was lovely of winter. Had lovely modern and recently renovated room with up to five devices, a lovely deep bath and a decent telly, and protected with smoke detectors.

The location turned out to be marvellous, not far from shops and bar and sea front, the beautiful Bay and main Paihia. Had tea and goodies at Letz Cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

A lounge area and a sofa available in the studio suite. Good services, GOOD-sized bathroom. Quiet atmosphere all around, incredible and amazing location very close to city centre, and shops and restaurants.

I had fully functional, newly renovated room with a double bed, a kitchenette, all the extras, had good night's sleep. Breakfast at the waterfront over the water.
Some people working there were not particularly helpful.

The Dolphin Motel exceeded our expectations with its clean and modern rooms. The comfortable beds and high-quality pillows were a dream. The bathroom lighting was perfect for applying makeup. The motel's location was ideal, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We also appreciated the quietness of our top-floor room, free from any noise disturbances.
We felt extremely welcome during our stay, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. The motel's proximity to the wharf, restaurants, and bars made it incredibly convenient.

Informative staff, lovely views of the Bay of Islands, everything is brand-new. Its rooms are luxury and tasteful, had a comfortable stay of winter. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was nice sized. Its location is unbeatable, not far from shops and the beach and beautiful Bay and buses and wharf.
